1. What This Is

digiNOM is a social media platform operated by digiNOM Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use digiNOM.
• You are responsible for your account security. Use a strong password.
• One account per person. No bots, no fake accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your Content

• You own your content. Everything you post remains yours.
• By posting, you grant us a limited license to display your content on the platform — nothing more.
• We will never sell your content.
• We will never use your photos or posts to train AI models.
• When you delete content, it is permanently deleted from our servers — including image files.

4. Your Data — The digiNOM Promise

• We will never sell your personal data to anyone. Ever.
• We will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
• We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral profiling, or shadow profiles.
• There is no algorithm analyzing your behavior. Your feed is chronological.
• We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform: your username, email, password (hashed), and content you choose to post.

5. Advertising

• Free accounts may see occasional, clearly labeled ads in their feed.
• Ads are not targeted based on your behavior, posts, or personal data.
• Premium subscribers ($0.99/month) see zero ads.
• You can opt out of ads entirely by subscribing.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not post:

• Illegal content
• Content that threatens, harasses, or promotes violence against individuals or groups
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this will be reported to authorities immediately
• Spam or automated bulk content
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property

7. Premium Subscription

• Premium costs $0.99/month, billed through Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime. No contracts, no tricks.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time. All your data will be permanently removed.
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

digiNOM is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the platform running and secure, but we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
